1. Introduction

Welcome to Unbranded Vision Limited. By using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please review them carefully before using our services.

2. Definitions

  • "Client" refers to any individual or entity who enters into a contractual agreement with Unbranded Vision Limited for services.
  • "Services" refers to website design, development, graphic design, branding, or any other service provided by Unbranded Vision Limited.
  • "Deliverables" refers to the final products provided to the Client (e.g., website files, design files).

3. Payments

  • Upfront Payment: All services must be paid upfront before work begins. Invoices will be sent to the Client, and payment must be completed before any work commences.
  • Revisions: Each service includes a set number of revisions as outlined in the proposal or agreement. Any revisions beyond this will incur additional fees, based on the complexity of the changes.

4. Revisions and Additional Work

  • Included Revisions: The Client is entitled to a specified number of revisions within the agreed scope of work. Revisions beyond the allocated amount will be charged at a fixed or hourly rate.
  • Scope Changes: Any changes to the project scope after the work has started may result in additional charges. Scope changes will be communicated, and the Client’s approval will be required before further work proceeds.

5. Monthly Website Updates

  • Update Submissions: Website updates as part of the hosting plan must be submitted by the 1st of each month. Submissions after this date will be processed during the following month’s update cycle.
  • Minor Updates: The Client is entitled to one minor update per month as part of the hosting plan (e.g., content updates or design tweaks). Larger or complex updates may incur extra fees, which will be quoted based on the request.

6. Hosting and Website Maintenance

  • Yearly Hosting Fee: Hosting fees must be paid in full and on time to avoid service interruptions.
  • Website Downtime: If the yearly hosting fee is not paid by the due date, the website will be taken offline until payment is received. A reinstatement fee of £50 will apply in addition to the overdue hosting fee.

7. Client Responsibilities

  • Timely Communication: The Client agrees to provide all necessary content, feedback, and approvals promptly. Delays in communication may result in project timelines being extended.
  • Content Submission: The Client is responsible for submitting all required content (e.g., text, images) on time. Unbranded Vision Limited is not responsible for delays caused by missing or incomplete content.

8. Cancellation and Refunds

  • Cancellations: Should the Client choose to cancel the project after work has commenced, no refunds will be issued for the work already completed. A cancellation fee may apply for larger projects, as outlined in the agreement.
  • Refund Policy: Due to the nature of creative services, refunds will not be issued for completed work. We are, however, committed to addressing any concerns within the scope of the project to ensure Client satisfaction.

9. Legal and Ownership

  • Copyright & Ownership: Upon final payment, the Client will receive full ownership of the final deliverables. Unbranded Vision Limited retains the right to showcase the completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
  • File Formats: Deliverables will be provided in the agreed formats (e.g., .PNG, .PDF, .AI). Requests for additional formats after project completion may incur extra fees.

10. Limitation of Liability

Unbranded Vision Limited is not liable for any loss of revenue, data, or business interruption resulting from the use of our services, website downtime, or delays in project delivery. Unbranded Vision Limited is not responsible for any content or material provided by the Client that infringes on third-party rights.

11. Termination of Services

Unbranded Vision Limited reserves the right to terminate services if the Client fails to meet the terms of this agreement, including non-payment or failure to provide required content and feedback.

12. Changes to Terms and Conditions

Unbranded Vision Limited reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England.

CLIENTS DECIDE THEIR PAYMENT AMOUNT: Clients have the flexibility to set their own payment amount for the services provided, subject to a minimum starting rate of £49 and approval by Unbranded Studio. This ensures that the proposed budget aligns with the scope of work and quality of services.

 

INCLUDES BRANDING PACKAGE & WEBSITE DESIGN: This offer covers a comprehensive branding package and a custom 1 page website design tailored to your business needs. The specifics of the project will be discussed and defined during the initial consultation.

 

SCOPE OF WORK: The final scope of work, deliverables, and timelines will be determined based on the client's budget and needs during the initial consultation. Any adjustments or additions outside of the agreed-upon scope may incur additional costs.

 

SUBJECT TO APPROVAL: All offers and payment amounts are subject to review and approval by Unbranded Studio. We reserve the right to adjust terms or decline offers that do not meet the criteria for the project’s scope, complexity, or budget.
